Connectiong Impromptu to AS400 Error number 49 1

When connecting Congos Impromptu 7.3 to AS400 V5R2 I get the following message;

Error number -49;
DMS-E-DBACCESS, It was not possible to access the 'Datamart' database.
(Microsoft)(ODBC Driver Manager) Data source name not found and no default driver specified.

I am using a System DNS with the iSeries Client Access ODBC driver. It is on a WinXP(SP2) machine. I use the same settings on a W2k and it works fine.
