Hi there,
we had a black (or brown in the US) out 2 weeks ago and trouble started.
The HP Switches started hanging. After a certain time there simply is not connection anymore to one of the switches. I can no longer ping it either.
I am new to the whole switch thing so was reading the HP Procurve 4000M books. Noticed that the switches all live in 1990 (corrected that for one of the two).
Also noticed that the system name for the switches is different and was wondering if that should not be the same if they are stacked?
ANy suggestions why the connection just drops? I have to reset both switches to get it back on.
