Connection to Reportsmith

I have recently moved from Win95/98 system to an NT system. All my reports through RS have worked fine up until now. I loaded an application that I wrote and I get errors when I try to print. The error is "Unable to load Reportsmith DLL: rs_api.dll". I can not figure out why. I need help on this please.
