Connection to page server failed

I am getting the message "connection to the page server failed [my server name]"

How do I cure this? What is the cause?

I am trying to get a report that is connecting to a MSAccess database to work.

Are you referencing a Crystal Enterprise error?

This is fairly common, and aside from making sure that the service is running, I immediately restart the machine when this error shows.

There are numerous reasons for it, and almost everytime a restart resolves.
