Connection to Internet - Dialup

I am trying to set up my modem to dialup to my internet connection. The modem works as I tested it and called my cell phone.

I have adsl and when I go to make a new connection, I do not have the option to create a dialup connection as it is grayed out. Obviously my internet connection defaults to "always use adsl". How do I change this to allow for a modem dialup connection so that when my adsl goes down, I have a connection re dialup. It must be some simple check mark in some area I am not aware of.

Any help would be appreciated.
