Connection string problem

I'm trying to connect remotely to a website database with the same string I use for the website - conn.ConnectionString="DRIVER={MySQL};DATABASE=mediajunkie_us;SERVER=

http://www.mediajunkie.us;UID=a304eb;PWD=###".

Does need to be changed and if so... how?

possibly need the port number as well ?

Thanks... but that didn't work. I am getting this error message

[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified
