Connection Question

The TOA ZP-001 accepts two types of input signals. Either dry audio from a page port (which to me is a bad idea as you don't have two way audio for confirmation tones) or a standard analog extension that it answers on a ring signal. You have it set up for dry audio. I can honestly say I have never tried to use the page input. I assume it requires the contact closure to work. I have never worked with a CS1000 but know the Norstar has a contact for the page port.

Thanks budbyrd. I had tried to connect it to a standard analog extension on the CS100 but it just rings no answer.

Make sure to program the M9000 in the ZP settings. There is the option in there to ring signal or page port. The default is page port.

If you have it set to ring you need to use the RJ11 port on the ZP-001.
