Connection Problems between Oracle and VM Pro

I need some tips about connection between VM Pro and Oracle Database, I have problems when I try to establish the connection through to the "open database module", I select the Oracle provider correctly, but the VM pro doesn´t recognise the controllers. I do the same connection in another PC and the test is succesful.

I have full licences.

Windows server 2008.

Avaya IP Office 500 V2 r8.
