Connection problem

Hi,

Every time I connect the pilot to the desktop it freezes. I tried both just the cradle and then just the cable. Both ways it freezes. I did soft reset and it helped to unfreeze it but it still freezes when you connect it to the computer. And another weird thing happens, is when I connect it, it freezes but the "find" box comes up and says "Find: default date". Anybody has any idea what is going on or how to fix it?

What operating system on your computer? Which Palm? After backing up your backup files, I'd probably think about re-installing the Palm software on your PC.

If that doesn't work, you'll probably need to try a hard reset of the Palm.
