can connection plar statements point to a call group instead of just to a particular phone?

Sorry, i didnt realize i wasnt very clear in the above post. Basically, all I want to do is ring all the phones in the house when a POTS line rings. I know you can use plar statements to point to a single extension, however, in a home environment, this doesnt work very well (not everybody is always at their designated place). I know that I can set up a shared line, however, this causes a problem because many of the phones I will be using are single line phones, such as the 7910, 7912, and 7905. Any sugggestions?

If you're going to be using 4.1.2, you can use a Hunt Group and set the distribution algorithm to Broadcast, I believe.

That way, you can have all your house phones have different lines, but when a call comes in to the hunt pilot (one number, so I'm pretty sure you can point a connection opx plar statement at it) it will ring all the phones in the house. Give it a shot, see if that works for you...
