Connection help!!

Can someone please help me troublshoot this VPN error? I'm using an ASA5520 (CAC Enabled), and I have a customer who has all the necessary Certs and is using the correct serial cert for connection. I can view the live log and I can see the initial connection. After he puts in his PIN I get theses errors below: Can Someone please help!!!!

You'ld probably get better help on this at the PIX or the ASA board. At least more Cisco eyes anyway.

From the last line it appears the ASA closed the tunnel due to an inspection policy - can you post a config?
