One of my subsidiaries gets the following error:

Connection failure to host:[tcp]mas200server;****;NODELAY;STREAM

The **** is a varying 4 digit number each time it errors out.

What is weird, is that it happens every day around the same time for one of my subsidiary companies. I called all the other companies, and they get the error, but its a sporadic random occurrence.

The subsidiary that gets the error daily, gets the error when they post their end of day sales.

They connect to our MAS Server via a Terminal Server. I have no idea as to what would be causing this error daily for only one company.

Anyone have an idea or has had this issue before and have a resolution for it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Mike

How many users do you have? You normally see this when you are running MAS200 as a service and you have more than 20 users logged in. Running as an application is normally the answer.

We avg 40 users a day. How do I determine if MAS is running as a service as opposed as an application?
