connection failure from report studio

I get the following error message from report studio when running a query:

QE-DEF-0323 The DSN(ODBC)/ServiceName is invalid. Either the DSN is missing or the host is inaccessible. RQP-DEF-0068 Unable to connect to at least one database during a multi-database attach to 1 database(s) in: TWIN UDA-SQL-0031 Unable to access the "TWIN" database. UDA-SQL-0532 Data Source is not accessible: "TWINPRH". ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified

Nothing has changed since last week. When I open the corresponding framework in FM I can test everything without a problem. The databases are working okay and can be connected to.

Anyone a clue?

Actually we just found that Oracle10g client had been installed prior to testing. After a reboot of the Cognos server it failed to locate the tnsnames.ora file , cause the place to look was in the 10g directory (where no tnsnames was located)

Small cause , lots of work finding out..
