Connection error while running QuickBooks 2002

I am getting the following error while a user is running Quickbooks 2002.

Error In Connection
The Citrix Server is not Available please try again.

I get this error and then I have to disconnect the user from the server because they are unable to log back into QuickBooks since they system still thinks they are logged in. Any ideas why we get kicked off.

I've had similar issues.....

My version of quickbooks won't run to Metaframe (Quickbooks Pro 2001), their website mentions that:

Do you have it installed on the TS servers?

As for the other error "The Citrix Server is not Available please try again", I tracked down to conenctions in my company. I set a disconnect time limit (user manager for domains->user->config) this solved most of that problem. Other times, I've simply stopped and restarted the license logging service..........
