Connection drops when idle - OS X -- Small Business Server 2003

Hi,

we have Small Business Server 2003 on which each user has a there own folder. There is also another folder for sharing files "Company" folder.

Anyway, I am on G4 OS X 10.4.7

when i have not accessed my shared folder for a while it takes while for the folder to open but after the first open it is fine, until i leave it for a while again. It seems there is a timeout on the connection with the SBS 2003, was wondering if anyone had encountered this and knew of a solution where the connection does not drop no matter how long there is between one access and the next

I have the same issue. My setup is just a PC and an iMac Intel sharing the same router. Noticed when I leave and return later there is no icon on my Imac desktop.
