Connection between IP phone and MD110

Hi 2 all,
I have a MD110 and have about 8 External lines.I have heard about Ip phone,As I have a high-speed broadband Internet,I need 2 know what is the process to connect between my MD and IP phone

you at least BC11 for IP telephony.
or do you mean something else? (like 2Mbit over IP?)

I do not what u mean by"2Mbit over IP".but it sounds something cool,please can u give me some information about it.
