Connection Accounts in PCPro on SV8100

Any way to preserve the connection accounts to all my sites? Preformed an upgrade to PCPro and lost all my locations and had to type them manually. Exporting/Archiving them would be ideal.... Any thoughts,

Every time I performed an upgrade the connection accounts were preserved. How did you perform the upgrade? Since NEC has not written a true upgrade into their program, you must use the current program as an uninstall tool. Run the current program and when it asked to uninstall, select it. After installing the new program the connection accounts should be there. If you used a WIN form of uninstall it may remove the accounts.
