In the past with all video we were using ISDN BRIs from Local Telco Provider. Now we would like to start connecting through the PBX. We do know the video units in question can connect to the avaya PBX however the question is can anyone tell me what that configuration would look like. Do I need a BRI card or can you use Digital ports as Data Module extensions. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

one more thing: there are only a few providers who can pass 64K data calls (most voice is passed as 56K), they are: AT&T, Sprint, and possibly MCI. You must specify when you order/provision the ciruit you will be using 64K data on the circuit, and can their network pass those calls? You can't just use any schlock 3rd tier PRI provider for this, because, it just won't work.

Also, is the video to be used off a gateway? if so, it will not work so well.
