hey all,
here's the skinny: I am trying to make a GUI front end for a Unify/Accell DB. However, I am having no luck in figuring out HOW the connection will be made. Every book out there says plenty about Access, but that's it. I'm hitting questions like, "well, I can point-&-click to find an Access DB, can I do the same to find a Unify DB [so far, this is a big NOPE]?, and if not, what would the code look like to get it done?" ODBC is already on both the host and client machines. And I've messed around w/ using a data control to do the job, but, I hit the same questions.

so, any help is appreciated, but, if u help, I need details, or a link to something 'meaty', or the like.

thanks, toodles
