What do I need to connect two LANs together wirelessly?

The idea is to connect LAN-1 to LAN-2, and LAN-2 is connected to the Internet. If this is possible, then LAN-1 will share the Internet connection with LAN-2.

Thanks!

Look for devices that offer something called "bridging". Configure each Ethernet segment idependently then using the "bridge" feature to exchange data beteween segments. Be sure to turn on the encryption.

Thank you for the answer. I have found a bridge, Linksys WET54G which I consider to buy and hope to get it working in the way I described in my question.

You will need the wireless bridging on both ends, so you will need 2 units.
