Hi All,

let me try to explain my situation and give you as much info as possible.

5yr ago my customer installed bcm 50 in his two locations.(first release)
with that he also purchased Nortel Contivity 1010 to connect those two locations.

Location A has PRI line, location B has 7 analog lines.
The idea was that calls can be transferred between locations and if needed all calls from one location can be transferred to the other (exp. when one office was closing early for some reason)

Problem is that Location B had a power failure and the HDD in the BCM50 got corrupt. we had to get the new hdd new software install and we recovered all the keys... however the setup is gone.

The setup on the routers is OK and the setup on the BCM location A is ok. I went through the settings on the bcm from loc.A and the only thing I can see how the transfer was done is under CCR Tranfer function (press one to be transfer to the other location. 1 is function - 875397.

Any idea where to look to be able to transfer calls form one location to another. We will have to do this during holidays few times so any help is appreciated.

maybe anyone in Toronto / Mississauga area can help me out with that.

Thank you in advance
Paul
