I believe I had seen a thread out here that someone had posted on all types of ways to connect to all voicemails systems via a laptop with the passwords etc.... or if some one knows this info maybe repost it on the tips section. I myself would rely like to have that information. I would enjoy learning how to do back ups on the different voicemails on my laptop and admin.

Thanks again folks for your help

I had followed the link but did not see anything. Am I blind?? Any other sugjestions?

KG,
The connect info is there. You can also go to FAQ and click on the subject heading. Each voice mail has its own unique method of backing up or not. You will need the manuals for each unit. CPilot is the easiest, but again you will need the manual and the software CD that comes with the mail.
