Hi,
I am kinda new to this Crystal thing, so I am sure the answer to this is simple, but I am not sure what I have done wrong. I have created three new reports, and all of them work fine. The only problem is that when I run one of them, and try to connect, I get an error which reads:
Connection Failed
SQL State 28000 SQL Server Error 18456
Login Failed for user XXXXXX\12345
When I click ok, and then uncheck the use trusted connection box on the next panel and try again with the same parameters, it works. This only happens for one of the three reports. On the other reports, I am only prompted to enter a username and password once, and it works fine.
I am using CR8.5 on a Win 2000 machine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Mike

Hey,
I am not using any code (that i am aware of) to connect and run the report. I am just using CR 8.5 and using the lightning bolt from in the design view. I do the same for the other reports as well. I just can't figure out why one of them is connecting to the DB in a different way.
