Hi All,
My working environment is in NT. I have both Oracle 7.3 and Oracle 8i. I have to connect to Oracle 7.3. Where would I get my username/passwd@hoststring from. Do I need to ask the DBA? I have access to Oracle 8i.
Any thoughts?
Thank you!

You can use Net8 Configuration Assistant to set up your TNSNAMES.ORA file to connect to the 7.3.4 database (or manually do it if you are more comfortable that way), but you will need to talk to your DBA to find out the login/password@SID. Terry M. Hoey
