Connecting to SQL 2000 SP

Hope someone can help please...

I am connecting to an SP and cannot get it changed easily..

I want to be able to enter multiple values to Parameters that have been set up in SQL 2000 (ie I cannot edit them to allow for multiple values). Is this possible or will I have to get them removed and filter locally with CR Params?

Recode the SP so that if you pass parms that are comma delimited or some such that it will parse them out and use each value within an IN.

Otherwise alter the SP to a View and let Crystal pass the parameters within the Where clause against the View.
