connecting to Simply Accouting data

I've scoured the net for ways to connect to Simply Accounting Database and can't seem to find anything. I've read that 8.5 version + is built on Jet but other than that I can't seem to find anything. What about previous versions? Is there an ODBC driver for them? Anyone have more information on using Access to read/write data to Simply Accounting?

There should be a .mdb that you can get at.
