Connecting to ORACLE database from Informtica

I am trying to connect to Oracle database from INFA. The connectstring /TNSName is 'swm1_rs242m'.

I tried tnspinging from the Unix box where the Server resides.
tnsping swm1_rs242m.
It is connecting to.

I have created a Database connection in Server Manager with the conenctstring swm1_rs242m

Now when I run a Session for this it gives me the following error. Anyone who has connected to Oracle database please respond..

Check the LIB_PATH Variable at the Unix Box...
