Connecting to .NET Framework while on VPN

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this question on.

I have a website set up on my local IIS. It is integrated with Visual Source Safe and uses SQL Server 2000. The VSS and SQL server reside on the network.

It works fine when I'm at work. But when I try to VPN in from home, I can't open my development environment. It hangs when it says merging web server state.

Any ideas?

Your VPN connection might have a firewall which prevent the WebDAV protocol from working. Check with your network administrator to see which ports to open.
