Connecting to NAM with modem

When I dial into my NAM I get the following screen.
OS2You 3.2 Remote (c) 1995 by Ridax programutveckling
Registered/Distributed by: Indelible Blue / #5499

**EMSI_IRQ8E08
Enter user name: namaccess
Enter password: *******
You are not authorized!

I am using log2nam for the password.
Can someone help me out as to why it tells me I'm not authorized.
I am using a dial-up networking connection to connect.
