Connecting to my site

Any reason why when I connect to my site the first time I'm getting the message 'Cannot complete this action please try again'.
If I clicked on the Home icon , then everything is fine.
Did any of you may have a solution for this issue?

if you're using a VM, that error can be caused by a timeout or lack of ram.
