hello,
From my windows 98 machine I am using x-win32 to connect to
Linux machine(redHat7.1,Gnome), but it gives a error "session declined service refused" , while at the same time I am able to connect it using
telnet, but it is very slow.
I am not able to get where the problem is , as with same x-win I am able to connect to other server machines.
I have tried with Exceed also, same problem.
It seems that speed of server is very slow to respond to
clients, how it can be solved??
Kindly give ur suggestion.

Do you have x-windows installed and running? What about your firewall settings? Slow telnet ('slow' means long delay between connection and login prompt?) is another job; it is often caused by DNS misconfiguration. Check your DNS settings and try to resolve some addresses from your Linux server (dig).
