Good afternoon all

i have a exchange 2003 server, problem is occasionally i have users who are being asked to enter the password of the network password, when authentication is selected in the security. When they enter the correct password, the server then rejects it. restart the PC and problem goes away.

using office 2003 and on winXp, DC's are 2000 and exchange server is 2003 on win2003.

Please help me with this one
