Connecting to Data Access page in Vista

I am trying to create a Data Access Page using Access 2003.

I am on a Windows Vista Business machine and trying to connect to a Data Base on Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express.

I can sucessfully make a connection and it TESTS successfully, however, the connection displays with a RED X in the connection icon and the field list is blank.

Any Help???
