Connecting to Cognos via the web portal

Hi everyone

I need to connect my CR 2008 version to the latest version of congas via a web portal. I can do this with CAFE no problems, and have connected to literally hundreds of other data sources previously, but this one has me stumped. I've tried several different combinations of connection 'types' but none seem to work. Is there a magic bullet I have overlooked, is CR2008 too ancient to do the job (I have never needed another version since I started using this one) or am I completely insane?

I'm not familiar with CAFE and I may be wrong, but I'm I don't think that Crystal can connect to Cognos data sources.
