Hi,

I'm successfully using CRXI with OLEDB driver for Act 2007 however the activities table doesn't seem to be one of the tables that gets listed. I can get to History and Notes etc but not this table. Sage software who own Act don't seem to have help on the topic on their knowledgbe base.

It used to be something we could report on old versions of ACT before they rewrote the application.

Does anyone have experience with this?

Thanks

Thanks

I've looked at this link. Very helpful

According to that doc there is an alternative to the OLEDB driver that costs more ($400 or so) called the Act! Reader and with this driver you can get the missing data that you need.

It also seems to be the case that Act! will now sell you the SA password - which would expose all the tables and that would be a third possibility.

So at least its possible if unnecessarily complicated.

I dowloaded the trial version of Crystal Clear Reports and its got some good parameterized crystal reports.

It also does something to expose the Activities table as an Access DB (those reports would have to be run through the added menu in Act.)
