I currently have two exchange servers! The first one is using IMC and is the main exchange box. The second is located at a different site using a site connector accross a Wan link. The second server is going to be moved to another site where they only have an Internet connection. Is it possible to use a Intersite connector to connect over the internet?

You can use the IMS to connect sites. There used to be a good whitepaper about it on MS site, not sure if it's still there. It was called something like "Directory replication using the internet mail service."
