Does anyone know how to connect an network printer. Printer is set up on an NT print server

Thanks

You will need to install 'Services for Macintosh' on to the NT server. Only the Macs can't see the NT server other wise. You will also need at least one NTFS drive on the server. To do this.

Once this is done you should also be able to see the printers if they are sharing, by going to Chooser and selecting Laserwriter 8. You should then see the printer that is being shared by the NT server.

You will need to put the printer PPD file into the System Folder\Extensions\Printer Discriptions before going to chooser however.
This will allow the printer to set it's self correctly.
