Connecting to a print server

Hi All

I setup a print server on a windows 2000 server running all the latest updates IE 6.0 Sp1 and Sp4. I'm trying to print to the print server from a citrix server running windows Nt 4.0 terminal server running citrix meta frame 1.8 sp4. I installed the printers on the citrix server and gave permissions to my users but I'm unable to see the printers unless I login as the administrator. is anyone else having a simular problem
