Connecting to a new database from Crystal Enterprise 1

Hi,

We are using Crysta enterprise 10. We have a new database and have a report which runs against it. when we give the logon information and try to run the report in Crystal reports, it runs fine but not from the Enterprise. do we have to create a DSN for enter prise too?

If so, how?

Is it an ODBC database?

If so, then yes - you need to create duplicate SYSTEM DSNs in the ODBC settings for every SERVER that hosts any of the Job or Page services.

For Oracle native, you need to make sure that they will all have the same TNSNAMES file?
