I have Norstar manager and when I open it up it ask's for the server name or IP address.

and administrator password ofcourse.

Can I connect to the Lan port on the NAM...and what is the NAM's default IP address?

Sorry don't have a manual, I inherited this site.

thanks!

I want to backup a NAM 4.0, do I need floppys?

or can I backup the LAN way?

thanks

when backing up a NAM do I enter ACCESS2 and select backup?
if so, will it prompt me to insert a diskette after every section?

thanks

To backup the NAM login to admin on the telset and then press 22 (Restore is 44 or 33).
It will ask you to insert disk then press OK.
At the end it will ask you to reinstall Disk one.

Access backup is to backup the Voice Channel keycodes.
Requires one disk.

also remember that access backup of voice channel key codes is nam specific...can use to restore only on the nam you backed up from

then go to F983?

Thanks
