Connecting to a Metaframe server Behind a Firewall???

I have a Nortel VPN Box that has a Contivity Stateful Firewall on it. I have an override rule on the firewall that is supposed to allow all and any traffice in and out of the firewall.

When I run my ICA client and try to the connect to the server I get errors like; "The Citrix Server you have selected is not accepting connections".

IS there some config that I should be doing on the ICA or the server that allows the ICA's to connect????
