Connecting to a dll file

Hi all,
Hope someone can spread some light on to this matter for me.
I have an ASP webpage that i am using to acess a vb dll file that i have created myself. When I try to connect to the dll file it get this error:

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'

Server.CreateObject Failed

/MyWeb/CreateFormulation.asp, line 151

Invalid class string


I am currently running pws on windows nt - i'm not sure if this is the problem? I'm pretty sure how I call the dll is fine. I would be very greatful if anyone could help me with this please.
