can anyone help?

I go through console and from there I select DBA studio but get VTO 4400 - No database has been discovered. I previously succsessfully used the discovery wizard to add a node to the tree.

I also get C:\>lsnrctl dbsnmp_status
The db subagent is not started
even though services window says it is.

Can I start it thropugh AGCTL.exe? if so what commands in DOS do i use?

I am not sure where I am going wrong

try lsnrctl dbsnmp_start and try agian.

Tried that many times.

In DBA Studio i have a node discovered which is my machine name. domain so why cannot the database be discovered?

What othe things do I need to check which I have not already??

I have sorted this out - sorry forgot to inform
