I have a third party IP Phone from Innomedia. So far i am able to make calls to this phone but i cannot
1. originate cals from the IP Video Phone of Innomedia
2. The calls made to the IP Phone get disconnected after few seconds

Thanks

Hello,

As I understand you have connected a third party IP station to an Avaya system..

Avaya uses proprietary protocols along with H.323 to implement VoIP. IP stations exchange "non standard data" with the Main controller (Definity or S8xx server) so there is no guaranty that a third party IP station will work to the full extend of it's capabilities...

I have not tested third party IP stations with Avaya servers but I do not expect any to operate normally.

Petran.
