Connecting PB9 with public webservices

Hi,

How can i connect a public available web service through a secured proxy ?

I use the example of helen (Web Service Cleint Sample - Weather report) from codexchange ( and am unable to connect to the web service (it runs well with a DSL line directly connect to the net but not through secured proxy).

i obtain the following message :
"Failed to connect to host live.capescience.com, port 80: No error"

And here's the log :
CLOSED


REQUEST:
CLOSED
Connection Disconnected




i currently use powerbuilder 9.0.2b7509.

if you have any solution please help. [ponder]
