Connecting PB11.1 to an MSAccess DB (without dependencies)

I have a Powerbuilder 11.1 application that I want to be able to connect to a microsoft access 2003 database.

I need to be able to deploy this PB application in a standalone environment eg no dependency on reading from registry etc or other drives installed

Can someone suggest the code for connecting to the MSAccess DB?
