Hi guys,
I am newbie in panasonic equipment. sorry for this question. But I am trying to connect Tvm50 with NCP500 but Run Led is not going stable. as document show it should be go stable that means it is connected with PBX. I have also programmed pbx and last port for DLC8 is for VM. and in Tvm50 default atp card's jack1 is also connected to that. I know its really silly question but I don't know where I am making mistake. Or can anybody share personal notes (things to consider in connection)

Thanks in Advance.

connection to VM is on 1 and 4 on the rj11. or uses a 4 wire cable between ncp and tvm.
in card property change extension port from normal to vm. you gave to take the card out of service to do this.

the extension ports extension number should be blocked from change

other thing is the tvm has to be set for connection to a ncp/tda in dpits mode or it wont connect

Thanks It worked....thank you so much,,,,,

@obtsystems I have another question regarding to NS700. It has PBX and VM both inbuilt. So how can It can be connected to each other? I tried assigning port to VM. but how can it done on VM side? It will be great if you can help me to figure it out. Thanks

The ns700 needs the dsp card and the sd card installed before the inbuilt vm works

I have that installed in NS700 (Kx-NS5110 and 2GB SD card). So, setup will be the same? Like assign Post to VM or there are other setting I have to consider. Do you have any Notes or Material I can go thru it? I tried Installation and Programming manual for NS700 but I couldnt find it or might be I missed it.

Thanks.

look under UM settings, that is the built-in Voicemail. you should have 2 ports licensed
