Connecting MySQL to MS Outlook

Does anyone know of a way to "easily" (?) connect a MySQL database to a .pst file for synchronization with outlook? I want to create an internal db with a list of contacts and allow the employees one-click access to add the contacts in there to their personal list.

yeah. well, I'll revise my request. the connection doesn't have to be easy...
