connecting mitel to call accounting

I need HELLLP!!!!

Company sent me on a remote site to set up our call accounting application (Metropolis Prophit Watch) on a Mitel Switch. I have NEVER worked with a Mitel switch and I am having a challenge getting the pbx to talk tot he application.

Can anyone provide any assistance?!?

TCP/IP port 1752 you can test by telnet to the ip and that port. You will need to go into the smdr form and turn on what you require then turn on the appropriate smdr settings in the Class of service of the sets
