Connecting Main Table with Form

In our DB, we have our main table, and our main entry form. Our main table is supposed to be recording all of the gifts that people have given, but its not.

I go into our main form, and go under the peoples records, and all of their gifts are showing, then I go under the main table to look at them, and it only has a few recorded.

What I'm wondering is how we fix it, and where are the other records being recorded?

When you "go under the main table", you probably have a filter active. Open the table, then choose Records | Remove Filter/Sort from menu. The missing records should come back. Save the table (File | Save) before you close it, and the filter will stop bothering you.
